के तपाइलाइ यस्तो अनुभव छ ?

मेरो फोन+टिभी+ब्रोडब्याण्डको कन्ट्रयाक्टमा फ्री भनेर जोडेको थप सरभिसको चार्ज पनि जोडेर रकम ब्यांकबाट लगेछ । स्काइको फ्रि–बुस्ट सर्भिस भनेर ३० दिनको ट्रायलपिरियड दिएको थियो । मैले तीस दिनमा त्यो क्यान्सिल गर्न भने विर्सेछु । अर्को महिनाको विलमा दोस्रो महिनाको चार्ज त जोडेको देखेपछि थाहा पाएँ । क्यान्सिल गर्न विर्सनु एउटा कुरा हो तर, पैसा लाग्ने समय सुरू भयो भन्ने खवर नगरी म जस्ता उपभोक्ताको पैसा लैजाने कम्पनीको कृयाकलप ठीक भएन भन्ने मलाइ लाग्यो । तर, सवै जस्तो सेवा प्रदायी कम्पनीहरूको रवैया भने यस्तै छ ।

ठूला कम्पनीहरूको यस्ता कृयाकलाप विरूद्ध लड्नै पर्यो भन्ने लागेर त्यो क्यान्सिल गर्न विर्सेको महिनाको चार्ज फिर्ता गर भनेर चिठ्ठी लेखेर हुलाकबाट पठाए । मैले नचिताएको कुरा त्यो पैसा फिर्ता गर्छु भनेर टकटकले पठाएको जवाफको पत्र हात पर्यो । निहु खोज्न पर्ला अम्बुड्सम्यानको ढोका घच्घचाउन पर्ला भनेको त नपर्ने भयो ।

तर, फ्रि सर्भिस भनेर घाडो भिडाउने कम्पनीहरूको चाला भने मलाइ मन परेको छैन । फ्रि भनेर सर्भिस भिडाउने कन्ट्रयाक्टमा छिरिस भनेर तिराउने कम्पनीहरूको चाला बन्द गराउन के गर्नु पर्छ ल जुटेर लागौ है ।

यस पटक भने निहु खोज्न पर्ला भनेर टकटक कम्पनीलाइ यस्तो चिठी लेखेको थिएँ – (जवाफ सकारात्मक पाएँ थप संघर्ष भने गर्न परेन ।)

Dear Sir or Madam

I am corresponding regarding charge for free trial package. I was not informed about the charge and noticed about the charge from the bill. It has been charged without informing me about chargeable billing period.

It is not fair to advertise free service and charge without information when free service period was ended. Please remove any chargeable service in may original package. I have only agreed for my original package.

Please refund me £**.** which is charged in June Bill for SKY TV service. I accepted only for free trial period not intended to pay for TV package.

I look forward to receive refunded amount and hearing from you.

Comment: Namaskar In fact I appreciate your view to join hands to defend on these types of fraudulent activities by many service provider companies in this country. I also have experienced such incident quite long ago. I had got BT landline and later took broadband service as well. Few days later, BT sent me a handset which was only able to be connected to pc not to landline connections. I thought it was a compliment for me. When the bill arrived for the month, they had sent me 2 different bills with different charges. When I asked them why 2 bills then I were informed that they had provided 2 landlines, one the normal and the other with broadband. I then opposed about their services that I had not asked for such packages nor I knew about these so I had never used the other landline to call anywhere. Then they checked into their systems, found no calls made from the other landline, cancelled that additional package and refunded me the additional amount that they took from my account through direct debit. We really need to do something to stop these activities so as to save ourselves and others as well. I will definitely support your campaign in this regard. Thanks a lot for acknowledgement. JayaI am facing this time with This company They offer free £1 for postal and handling then they took £89.71 from my bank card after 15days Please be careful about free !!!!

Homधन्यवाद हजुर जानकारीको लागि, यहाँ UK मा सर्वसाधारण लाई हैरान पारेर ठग्ने भनेकै यिनै मोबाईल कम्पनी, इन्टरनेट र टि भी अनि बिभीन्न Insurance कम्पनीहरु बढ़ी देखिन्छ । बोल्न सक्ने र लड्न सक्नेले र मलाई यसले ठग्न खोज्दैछ भन्ने चाल पाउने ले त तपाईंले जस्तै आफ्नो पैसा Refund गर्न पनि सक्छ । नत्र यहाँ दैनिक हजारौं मान्छे हरलाई यसरी नै ठगी राख्या छ । तपाईको यस्तो जानकारीले धेरै लाई मद्दत पुग्न सक्छ । धन्यवाद ।।।
