| Deepak Kandel | Namaskar In fact I appreciate your view to join hands to defend on these types of fraudulent activities by many service provider companies in this country. I also have experienced such incident quite long ago. I had got BT landline and later took broadband service as well. Few days later, BT sent me a handset which was only able to be connected to pc not to landline connections. I thought it was a compliment for me. When the bill arrived for the month, they had sent me 2 different bills with different charges. When I asked them why 2 bills then I were informed that they had provided 2 landlines, one the normal and the other with broadband. I then opposed about their services that I had not asked for such packages nor I knew about these so I had never used the other landline to call anywhere. Then they checked into their systems, found no calls made from the other landline, cancelled that additional package and refunded me the additional amount that they took from my account through direct debit. We really need to do something to stop these activities so as to save ourselves and others as well. I will definitely support your campaign in this regard. Thanks a lot for acknowledgement.
