Replace a paper immigration document with a BRP
Use this form if you are in the UK and want to:
replace your paper immigration document (for example, a Form for Affixing a Visa (FAV), passport stamp, passport sticker or vignette in a current or expired passport) with a BRP
update your personal details and cannot do so on your UK Visa and Immigration account
You can no longer use this form to update or replace your existing biometric residence permit (BRP) or biometric residence card (BRC).
